Weddings - Packages & What to Expect

What can we expect?

We understand how stressful wedding planning can be, so we pride ourselves on making the choice of us as your photographers as easy as possible - by the end of your wedding we will be mates - trust us.
When you first enquire we will always set up a catch up over a beer/coffee - whichever you prefer so you can meet us both & make sure that we vibe! This is important because we want you to be as comfortable as you can be around us - we are shoving a camera in your face* for multiple hours!
We can discuss your needs & wants for your wedding so we can work out which of our packages suits you best, or if we need to we can create a custom quote for you.

We will then head off, send through all the boring contracts & invoices, a $500 deposit will be required to lock in your date. A questionnaire will then hit your inbox - it’s going to be asking all the standard questions; location(s), times, any special events happening (first looks, funky entrance to reception, sparkler exit etc.).

Our inbox is then open for you to ask us as many questions as you wish, want to have another catch up just prior to the wedding? Hell yeh let’s do it. We don’t charge for extra catch ups, again we want you to be as comfortable as possible!

Two weeks prior to the wedding we will send through a reminder email regarding the final payment & to confirm the details in case of any last minute changes. We will also ask for a contact person for the day (this can be your on the day planner, a bridesmaid, parent - someone who knows what is going on, but isn’t the bride or groom!).

On the day we will arrive nice & early, batteries charged & party pants ironed. We will come & say hi, get set up & get to shooting. We will move around like ninjas getting all best angles, capturing all the intimate moments & the best candids. Once the ceremony is finished, we will get to herding sheep - oh I mean the group photo & family portraits, we will get you to provide a list of the family portraits & we will smash through them as quickly as possible. Then we will get some bridal party photos, and then get to spend some alone time with you as a couple. We usually ask an hour is set aside for portraits so we can spend sometime capturing your just married bliss, it also gives you sometime alone to just take in the moment.

Once the portraits are done, we get to go party & capture the fun! At the end of the night, we’ll say our goodbyes & head off to start editing. You can expect a few sneak peeks within 48hrs of your wedding with the full gallery being sent to your inbox within 8 weeks.

Packages - 2024/2025

the simple - $2,000

True to its name, this is our most simple package. For our couples who aren’t fussy about reception photos, or having a more intimate experience. We will capture your ceremony, the family photos & then we will spend about an hour capturing your portraits. You will receive all the edited images in a password protected online gallery & a beautiful wooden USB. You will have the ability to purchase prints through the online gallery.

the standard - $2,800

Our most popular package, we will be there for all the important parts of your day, we will be there for the ceremony through to the late in the reception (you will find us on the dance floor!). You will receive all the edited images via a password protected gallery & on a beautiful wooden USB. You will also have the ability to purchase prints through the online gallery.

the deluxe - $3,200

Our top package. we will be there for every little moment, the getting ready, first looks, through to your uncle’s great dance moves at the reception. You will receive all the edited images via a password protected gallery & on a beautiful wooden USB. You will also have the ability to purchase prints through the online gallery.
